FAQ | how to enroll your kids

We offer classes for children as young as 18 months up to teens, schedule permitting. Our programs are designed to meet the developmental needs of each age group, with specific classes for toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and teens.

We offer classes for beginners to advanced gymnasts. We also offer a competitive teams program  for gymnasts who want a fulsome gymnastics experience. Whether your child is just starting out or has been practicing for years, we have a program that suits their experience and goals.

We recommend using our age guidelines per class. In your child’s first class, we evaluate them and place them in a sub-group based on skill level. We are of course happy to discuss with you; please e-mail us at [email protected].

You can register online through our website

Our classes are held once a week. You are more than welcome to enroll your child in multiple classes per week!

We maintain a low student-to-coach ratio to ensure each child receives personalized attention and instruction. Typically, our ratio is around 6-9 students per coach, depending on the class and age group.

For safety and ease of movement, we have the following guidelines:

  • Clothing: Leotards, unitards, yoga apparel, or t-shirts with athletic shorts/pants are all acceptable. Clothing should be non-restrictive, form-fitting, and free of zippers, buttons, snaps, and other decorative items that can catch on equipment.
  • Not permitted for safety reasons: baggy or loose-fitting clothing, leotards with skirts attached, two-piece apparel/midriff exposed. Necklaces, earrings, and other jewelry should not be worn in the gym.
  • Shoes: Participants are required to be barefoot.
  • Hair: For the safety of participants, long hair must be tied back or pulled away from face prior to class.

  • Start of class: Students must wait in the lobby or waiting area until the instructor calls the class to the gym floor. No one is allowed on the floor without an instructor.
  • Pick-up: If you leave the gym during class, please return on time and come into the lobby to pick up your child. Students are not allowed to wait outside for rides.
  • While we have a designated viewing area where parents can watch their child’s progress during class, we encourage parents to leave during class. We find this allows the child to be more focused and engaged with the coach. Parents are not allowed to speak to their children during class.
